I have a few ideas of photo essays to post on Love and Trash (where Paxgitmo and Funksteena now blog). this could fit right in ... cool!
I have such a hard time following through to the money making stage of projects ... I really must get over that. love your idea! publishing glory here I come!
I'd never seen/read this one. I imagine a short photo book of your bus exploits ending up on boingboing.net, jamming your server, and then subsequently leading to the jamming of your bank account with moolah while your publisher plans huge reprint orders and translated versions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This has to be some of the best literature I've EVER read!!!! It makes me laugh over and over again every time I read it. (it's also one of my approximately 950 bookmarks)
Well now. I've never seen one all decorated and such. Wonder if all those bright colors are meant to boost employee morale.
actually, it's something to do with a children's art organization called "Arts Umbrella" ... but I can't seem to find any info on why they have painted cement mixers!
that's so that folks in the DTES don't notice so much as their historical buildings are being demo'd and replaced with concrete monstrosities?
ha! thanks for thinking of us hard-done-by dtes folks ... but no, we don't get painted cement mixers :(
actually, this is the second traffic jam I was stuck in yesterday ... here, they are turning a nice old hotel into luxury condos. the one before that was in dtes (ugly gray mixers) where they are turning an old department store into ... luxury condos.
People just love flying off the handle and feeling hoity toity. No idea why. MAKES ME FILL WITH RAGE! Good thing hot cocoa exists to sooth ^_^ Also, read that blog you linked to-- srsly, wtf is wrong with people? Thank science for people like him.
I love the cold weather right now, even for running. I think I tend to be a type A, but luckily I don't have any power so it's no real problem for the world. ;)
